Meat ... check

Red wine .... you bet your ass!
A Cajun ribeye was tempting my tastebuds all day long ... oh the anticipation!
My mother, culinary genius, has been raving about Savory Spice Shop for years now. This is a must hit for anyone who finds themselves in the Denver area. However, for far fewer frequent flyer miles, you can always raid my mom's basement where she keeps a healthy supply of spices available in "The Store".
Please note the intricate DIAMOND cross hatch on this bad boy. That's what happens when you get some 45 degree rotation love at the 2 minute mark, my friends.
And those taters, holy lord. Keep-It-Simple-Stupid rules apply here. Cut potato in half, lather up with olive oil, place flat side down on cookie sheet, 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. Top! I was fully loaded here: butter, sour cream, cheese, and bacon (Leftover from BLT lunch ... back-to-back meal domination).
Last, but not least, vino.

I'm certain Tom had a similar meal on Saturday....
Hmm. I think Clint probably drank his dinner. OR made beanie weenie. Looks awesome, Erik! Seriously, can you teach Clint these things??
I'm very intrigued by the wine selection...was it good?
Erik says ...
"It's not Napa Valley wine, but not Missouri ditch water, either."
Only available locally, tho ... you'll have to wait for the Napa wine in October!
Very nice, dude. Sarah is at girls night tonight... my dinner: Tuna out of a can, beanitos (healthy substitute for corn chips)& salsa, and a pickle. Now I'm sitting in my underwear watching the Finals. Amazing night. I might have some cereal for dessert.
