We talked about it in the car:
Ellen, where does snow come from?
"Umm ... THE NORTH POLE! Santa bring it. "
"Santa bring me boots. And hat and gloves."
Oh, that's right.
"I want go there, the North Pole."
Ok, maybe someday you will.
This also marked her first time playing in the snow. Is that terrible? She was still barely walking last winter, and there was just so much of it! She had a grand time ...

Preston liked the video- he said it was cooa (cool) and that Ellen was walking like a duck. Made me giggle!
I think I walked the same way the first time I wore my Wellies. I don't remember the last time I had "winter" boots before these, and I didn't remember that you can't really move your ankles & feet in them.
LOOOOVE the darling coat! And of course the darling girl inside it!
