Mmmmm .... caffeine

Erik ...

I see your Enchiladas, and I raise you Vietnamese Iced Coffee.




Delightful on the new deck in the Summer! (Not quite as delightful at 6am, but that is Ellen's fault)

2 parts cold coffee concentrate (we love our Toddy coffee maker)
1 part water
1 part sweetened condensed milk (can use low fat - still has plenty of sugar!)
dash of cinnamon
Pour over a full cup of ice and blend.

Turns out, those Magic Bullets do come in handy.
