Happy Halloween!

Olé!

We had a trial run with the costume at Ellen's school party on Friday. The teachers were all excited to see her, so I stayed up till midnight on Thursday to finish it instead of sending her in the back-up skeleton PJs. She did not disappoint.

(This is Ellen, literally posing, while lots of parents took her picture. She is her father's daughter).

A Halloween party perked up that stink eye ...

"Dis my punkin? MINE.

She had a cape, too, but of course refused to wear it. Really, I was pretty damn pleased that she agreed to wear the costume at all. Minnie, though, is the perfect bull fighting accessory!

She really did enjoy herself, I swear! (This was a meltdown over rabbit crackers ... I can't wait until real candy is involved).
