A glimpse at what happens at our house every night ...
And, yes, that "Pssss, Pssss, Pssss" noise started about 10 days ago as a request (demand) for a pacifier. Clearly we have created a monster. We need to get rid of it, but what's the best way? Who wants to move in for a week and take care of that little project for us?

Just go cold turkey on the binks. Two days and it was forgotten at the Brauns.
Both of my girls were passie kids. All I can say is that this too will pass. :) They both hung on to them until they were 18 months old or so. But after Mya "gave hers to her baby cousin Arlo", she just stuck her thumb in her mouth. That went on at night until kindergarten.
This is hilarious!
I equate this to, "Minnie, do you want to go on a walk?" as she runs to the door and sits to wait for her leash ;)
What about a brand new lovey that could be given at bedtime instead of her paci?
AAAAArgh! The videos aren't working for me. I get a big black message that says "Sorry, this video is temporarily unavailable. Come back soon." I want it NOW!
It's OK until kindergarten!
She lives in JoCo!
Binky or recreational drugs?
The choice in yours!
Love it but seriously why has it not been mentioned that you have a soccer player on your hands? The form when she was kicking her toy and following it up with another kick in the kitchen! I mean that is a natural! xoxox

We were really nervous about loosing the paci too. A day later he didn't even ask for it. Best of luck.
I will take her for a few days. We will get rid of the passi. I can't promise she might not come back with other addictions though. Currently we have no passi problems but a bit M&M Problem.

We never really got hooked on a paci, so I'm no help. But I like that she helped put a book away! There is hope for little hands to clean up with you soon!
Awesome... she looks like a little alien running around... amazing. I still make the psss, pssss, psss sound when i want sarah to get my binky.
COLD TURKEY...did it with both kids (Emma at 10 mos Evan at 12 mos)... both were wildly addicted and neither cared it was gone. Evan started sucking the corner of his blanky instead!
